Kibbled Mushrooms so easy to use but so hard to find in your local shop/supermarket. we suggest a ratio of about an eyeballed tablespoon of dried mushrooms per cup of water for a stock you could use in soup, rice, couscous, or other grain dishes. We find having these in the cupboard saves so much time when wanting to add a little mushroom to any meal and there’s no fresh in the house.
